Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Jack Operator to support daily plant operations by safely moving product with electric and manual pallet jacks. You will help maintain product flow, assist with production schedules, and perform basic maintenance tasks in a fast-paced poultry environment.

Located on-site in Liberty, this full-time role requires flexibility for overtime and weekends, with 1st shift duties and a non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Experience in poultry production environment preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate electric and manual pallet jacks to move product.
• Stage, transport, and organize product to support production flow.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report concerns.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and routine maintenance activities.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and production floors.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate product movement.
