Job summary

Alleguard is seeking an Inspector Packer to inspect and sort molded parts for defects and pack them per customer requirements. The role includes visual inspection, labeling, data recording, and complying with safety and environmental policies. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.

Pay is 18.50 USD per hour. This position requires physical endurance, standing for long periods, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Position requires physical exertion and standing for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack acceptable parts into predefined packaging or pallet configurations.
• Perform secondary operations to meet specifications (rework/assembly/repack).
• Discard or reject nonconforming products, materials, and equipment.
• Mark/label completed containers with designated item information.
• Record production data during shift and complete documentation.
• Remove molded parts from WIP and inspect for conformance.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and discard rejects properly.
• Transfer parts in/out of the curing oven as instructed.
• Follow environmental and safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Inspect and sort molded or assembled parts or products for defects, and/or deviations from specifications. Pack parts into designated packaging or pallet configurations based on customer requirements and/or standard quality specifications.

Pay: $18.50 USD/HR

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday
• 6:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
• Flexibility is a must; weekends, overtime required based on customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Pack acceptable parts into pre-defined packaging or pallet configurations according to the established quality standard.
• Perform secondary operations per requirement to meet customer specifications. This may include part rework, assembly, and/or repack tasks.
• Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
• Mark/label completed container(s)/bundle(s) with designated item information according to the established quality standards.
• Record production data accurately during shift and complete Secondary Operations documentation as required.
• Remove molded parts from WIP container and perform visual inspection for conformance to established quality standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work area making sure to properly discard rejected parts and to keep area free of debris.
• Transfer parts in/out of the curing oven as required/instructed.
• Compliance with legal environmental and safety requirements of the area.
• Know the environmental aspects of the area and its control.
• Know the environmental impacts associated with their activities.
• Follow all Environmental and Safety policies.
• Comply with procedures, regulations, and instructions of environmental and safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal 8-hour work shift.
