Job summary

Omnia Facility Solutions is seeking a full-time Housekeeper in Columbus, OH. The shift is first, Monday–Friday, with hourly pay ranging from $13.00 to $15.00. Benefits are included and weekly pay is offered.

The role covers cleaning residential rooms and common areas, restocking supplies, and supporting special building areas including long-term care. Strong reliability and basic computer skills are desired.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, laundry or janitorial experience preferred.
• Healthcare environment experience is a plus.
• Solid attendance & punctuality history required.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, moping, sweeping, and dusting assigned areas.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Remove waste and empty trash.
• Operate industrial washer and dryer.
• Maintain cleaning chart and inspections.

Responsibilitiesfor theHousekeeping position include:

• Vacuuming, moping, sweeping, and dusting assigned residential rooms and common areas.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Clean and supply restrooms.
• Remove waste and empty trash.
• Use of industrial washer and dryer.
• Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected.
• Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Organize janitorial storage areas.
• Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance.
• Assisting as needed in other specialty areas of the building, including assisted living, long-term care. and laundry.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirementsfor theHousekeeping position include:

• Prior housekeeping, laundry or janitorial experience preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare environment is a plus.
• A solid work history with excellent attendance & punctuality.
• High school diploma/GED OR 1 to 3 years of related experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to pass drug test and FBI/BCI background checks.
