OMG Inc. is a leading manufacturer of fastening products for the roofing and construction industries, headquartered in western Massachusetts. This Heat Treat Racker position is based in Agawam, MA, supporting OMG Roofing Products division operations and its FastenMaster line.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong teamwork, and reliable time management. You will ensure safe, efficient handling of screws through the heat-treat process and keep a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety as the number one priority for all OMG employees.
• Place/drop screws into racks in preparation for the heat treating process.
• Unload screws from racks after the heat treating process.
• Stack and organize screws into tubs.
• Observe all safety rules.
• Assist other rackers and machine operators to stack, mark, pack, and transport finished work pieces.
