Jennie-O Turkey Store in Wisconsin is seeking a qualified individual for a quality control-focused position. You will monitor production lines, perform HACCP-related audits, verify labels and weights, and complete essential documentation to support food safety and compliance.

Formación

• Must learn to complete basic audits including HACCP monitoring and verifications, SSOP preoperative & operative sanitation monitoring, weight control checks and online quality audits.
• Must be able to work independently and with others with minimal supervision
• Must be willing to learn product specifications, GMP policies, SSOP procedures and HACCP programs
• Must be able to maintain accurate and legible documentation of all assigned responsibilities
• Must be able to speak, read and write English and communicate with management
• Must possess basic math skills

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine checks that include monitoring of production lines, sanitation standards, HACCP checks, label auditing and weight checks
• Completion and review of documentation
• Assure proper execution of the Jennie-O Turkey Store HACCP, SQF, NTIS programs as well as company policies and procedures
• Provide technical support and training to the plant in areas of USDA regulation compliance, process control program analysis investigation, product performance reporting, GMP's and food safety principles
