Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring a General Production Labor for the 1st Shift at the Berry Street Facility in Springdale, AR. Hours vary by production line and the pay rate is $16.70 per hour. The role requires standing most of the shift and handling materials as part of daily duties.

Candidates must be able to lift 40+ pounds, work in damp/cold/hot environments, and wear PPE including ear protection, hair net and beard guard. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must follow Safety Rules and work safely.
• Able to push, pull, carry, and lift 40+ pounds.
• Able to work in damp, cold or hot environments.
• Stand for 8-10 hours daily.
• Wear PPE, ear protection, hair net and beard guard.
• Good hand/eye coordination and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Must follow safety rules and work in accordance with plant procedures.
• Perform duties of the position as assigned on the line.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with rotating roles.
• Stand for extended periods; move and position safely.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and site safety protocols.
