Taher, Inc. is seeking team members for its Plymouth, Minnesota production team, focusing on safe handling of food items and efficient assembly. You will contribute to daily production targets while upholding high safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous manufacturing/food handling experience preferred.
• Able to work with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to GMPs and safe work practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Effective communication skills.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of specialized tasks.
• Use knives, hooks, or other equipment safely.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform physical tasks with repetitive motion.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and report hazards.
