Job summary

M-D Building Products, Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Finished Goods Selector to pick and prepare orders using handheld scanners, verify product numbers and quantities, and keep the workspace organized and efficient.

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, standing for 8–10 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaborating with teammates to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Job description

As a Finished Goods Selector, you'll use handheld scanning equipment to pick and prepare orders, verify product numbers and quantities, and keep your work area organized and efficient. This role requires attention to detail, a team-first attitude, and a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Select and prepare customer orders using handheld scanning equipment
• Accurately identify and pick items by product numbers and quantities
• Transfer orders to designated workstations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any inventory discrepancies or product identification issues
• Work collaboratively with team members in a professional environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout an 8 to 10-hour shift
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
• Perform various movements, including bending, twisting, and reaching
• Handle items of various weights throughout the shift
• Work in a warehouse environment with concrete floors

Qualifications:
