Successful candidates will handle various tasks including operating machinery, inspecting parts, and ensuring quality control. The role requires effective print reading, basic math skills, and mechanical inclination, as well as the ability to lift heavy parts and adhere to safety standards.

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to production quality and efficiency while working in typical industrial conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs frequently and push/pull 10 lbs.
• Ability to adhere to safety procedures and regulations.
• Capability to work 8-10 hour shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and process jobs by due date.
• Operate a shotblast machine to prepare parts.
• Inspect all busbar for defects and epoxy parts.
