Qualifications

• Requires ability to read assembly drawings, bills of materials or prints.
• Candidates should be able to inspect parts for defects and ensure quality.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Follow job packets and production schedules to assemble components.
• Interpret drawings and BOMs to plan assembly steps.
• Visually inspect parts for defects and report discrepancies.
• Assemble subassemblies using prescribed processes and tools.
• Set up robotic drill and operate as required.
• Fit pins, screws, springs and other devices per BOM.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety rules.
• Support other operations to meet schedules and quality targets.
