Job summary

Torani is seeking a Dock Coordinator for the Flavor Factory in San Leandro, CA. The role oversees inbound and outbound dock activities, greets drivers, updates order status in WMS/OpenDock, and coordinates with shipping, receiving, and picking teams to keep daily operations flowing.

Requirements include 3–5 years in a warehouse, 2 years forklift driving with certification, MS Office proficiency, WMS experience, and ability to load trailers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working in a warehouse.
• 2 years of forklift driver experience with current certification.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, utilizing scanner technology and data entry into desktop required.
• Experience loading trailers/shipments.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dock door availability and status for inbound/outbound activity.
• Welcome and check in drivers, and document order status in WMS and OpenDock.
• Facilitate communication among shipping, receiving, and picking teams to support daily operations.
• Perform forklift operation as needed and assist with loading/unloading, receiving, and staging.
• Ensure safety, quality, and accuracy of shipments and paperwork.
• Maintain organized work areas and accurate inventories.
