Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Supervisor Distribution to lead the day-to-day operations of the distribution center. You will train hourly staff, schedule work, ensure on-time orders, and enforce safety and quality standards.

The role requires 0–2 years of management experience, 4–6 years in the field, and a bachelor’s degree preferred. First shift, Monday–Friday; competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• 0–2 years of management experience.

Aufgaben

• Supervise distribution functions and determine work priorities to meet schedules.
• Maintain inventory to satisfy daily operational demands.
• Oversee movement of finished goods from receiving to shipping and returns.
• Select, hire, train, and appraise distribution team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Maintain a safe work environment per company safety program.
• Continuously measure performance against established standards.
• Perform other duties as needed.
