Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Supervisor Distribution for the 1st shift. This role supervises daily distribution center operations, trains hourly staff, assigns tasks, and ensures accuracy, safety, and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2 years of management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise distribution functions and coordinate activities to meet schedules.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
• Oversee movement of finished goods from receiving to shipping and returns.
• Hire, train, and appraise distribution team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Provide a safe work environment and meet safety goals.
• Monitor performance against established standards.
• Perform other duties as needed.
