Responsibilities

• Routine daily maintenance of academic buildings, including restrooms, classrooms, offices, and entryways.
• Provide related duties such as equipment upkeep, reporting needed repairs, and moving items as required.
• Assist in special projects and event setups/tears-down and post-event cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness during events and ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Open/secure buildings and respond to operational needs, including overtime when required.
