Job summary

Packaging Services Industries, Inc. in Williamsport, MD is seeking a Custodian/Assembler to support our first-shift operations. The ideal candidate has at least one year of custodial experience and preferably assembly exposure in an industrial setting.

Duties include cleaning, light assembly tasks, and maintaining a safe work area. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year custodial experience.
• Prefer experience in an assembly department within an industrial setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and operate cleaning equipment safely.
• General knowledge of computers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, strip and polish floors.
• Clean and maintain carpeted areas and restrooms.
• Wash walls, windows, and woodwork; may require a ladder.
• Move and arrange furniture and equipment.
• Empty trash and support recycling duties.
• Maintain break rooms and comply with safety rules.
