Job summary

BlueScope Coated Products, LLC is hiring for an Emboss Line Operator on First Shift. You will emboss coils, prepare them for packaging, and operate a leveler unit. The role requires one year of manufacturing experience and basic tools knowledge.

You will also run an overhead crane, forklift, and enter coil data in Oracle, with background and drug tests required. We offer bi-weekly overtime, medical benefits, 401k contributions, vacation and holidays, plus referral incentives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• One year of Manufacturing Experience.
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Process quality hold coils to resolve defects, using emboss cassette.
• Emboss finished goods coils using emboss cassette.
• Prepare finished goods coils for packaging.
• Operate an overhead crane.
• Drive a forklift.
• Enter coil data into Oracle and produce coil identification tags.
• Operate a leveler unit.
