Job summary

Ken's Foods, Inc. seeks a CoPacker (1st shift) to prepare finished products for packaging and shipping. The role is based in our Indiana facility, requiring attention to quality and safety as pallets and displays are built and ready for distribution.

The ideal candidate will follow established specifications, operate packaging equipment, load materials, label pallets, and maintain a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• 6 months experience or training in warehouse or packaging.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with chemicals and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Understand machine operations and follow safety precautions.
• Build multiple display pallets from finished goods per design.
• Load packaging materials into machines and apply labels.
• Reprocess raw materials and packaging items for displays.
• Shrink wrap and label pallets, keep areas clean and orderly.
• Operate pallet jack and electric stacker; follow order fulfillment processes.
• Restock and maintain safe work area for staff and traffic.
