Job summary

Ken’s Foods is seeking a General Labor CoPacker for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) in Lebanon, IN. The role focuses on preparing finished products for packaging and shipment within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will follow strict food safety and GMP standards, operate pallet jacks and packing equipment, and ensure accurate labeling and efficient display builds while maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; or 6 months experience or training.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret English safety guidelines and instructions.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply/divide by 10 and 100).

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment.
• Build display pallets and load packaging materials into machines.
• Apply labels and ensure accurate labeling of pallets.
• Follow food safety, GMP policies and keep areas clean and organized.
• Operate manual pallet jack and electric pallet stacker.
• Assist with order fulfillment and maintain safe work environment.
