Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee a shift of front-line staff in designated facilities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.
• Assign tasks based on job requirements and special assignments.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to standards.
• Order and issue supplies and equipment.
• Train new workers and oversee ongoing training.
• Be on-call on rotating weekends and late-night duties.
• Monitor building security and safety, including post-hours checks.
• Serve as a professional contact for clients.
