Ford Motor Company is seeking a battery-pack production operator at BlueOval Battery Park Michigan to help launch a state-of-the-art facility and lead agile teams in the electrification journey. You will operate production equipment, monitor automated lines, and ensure safety and quality on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Comfortable learning new technology.

Responsibilities

• Operates production equipment and monitors automated machinery in battery pack assembly.
• Diagnoses machine issues and makes adjustments to keep lines running.
• Takes part in quality checks and basic testing of batteries.
• Supports training of new production operators using SOPs.
• Records production data and reports KPIs to supervisors.
• Maintains safety compliance and follows PPE procedures.
