The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license. Prior manufacturing or industrial equipment experience is preferred; excellent benefits include 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Physical capability to bend, squat, or stoop.
• Valid Drivers License REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Shipping/receiving: load trucks with packaged and bulk material.
• Operate loader, skid steer, or yard truck safely and efficiently.
• Load AWF and customer trailers and complete paperwork.
• Follow quality assurance measures and communicate with team.
• Operate machinery that produces and packages products.
• Operate stretch wrapper and transfer wrapped pallets to storage.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and support teamwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of work station and related areas.
