American Wood Fibers (AWF) in Jamestown, CA is seeking a 1st shift Heavy Equipment (Barn Loader Operator) to safely load and ship finished goods and materials. The role focuses on efficient shipping/receiving, with operation of loaders and related equipment in a 1st shift setting.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and possess a valid driver’s license. This on-site position includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for teamwork

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader or similar equipment to load trucks with packaged and bulk material.
• Load AWF and customer trailers; complete shipping and receiving paperwork.
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and participate in monthly safety meetings.
• Operate stretch wrapper and assist in production as needed.
