Job summary

Hendrickson in McKinney, TX, seeks a full-time assembler to use pneumatic/hand tools to build products per specifications. You will understand parts relationships and support all aspects of the assembly process, with emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires organizing assembly steps, performing inspections, and reporting production data accurately. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–2 years in production assembly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Prior production assembly experience, 1-2 yrs. preferred.
• Ability to read production schedules and build specifications.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screen and remain drug free throughout the term of employment.
• Must follow all safety practices and policies.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to organize all aspects of the assembly process.
• Perform inspection on product utilizing total quality concepts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Accurately report daily activities and production data as directed.
• Conduct required quality checks using basic measurement equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
• Exercise safe working habits while operating machines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Coordinator.
