Job summary

Philips is seeking an Assembler 1 for the 1st shift at our California facility. You will perform manufacturing tasks at your assigned workstation, follow safety requirements and wear the required PPE, and help maintain a continuous workflow.

No experience required, high school diploma or GED preferred. You will read and follow instructions, work in a team, report on time, and participate in training to meet quality and safety standards. This is an onsite, full-time position with Philips.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• No experience required; assembler experience preferred.
• Must be able to meet minimum physical, cognitive and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety requirements and wear the necessary PPE for the assigned workstation.
• Work in a team environment and maintain production rates to ensure a continuous workflow.
• Understand the steps required to complete assigned tasks and provide a brief verbal description of the operation.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and accept feedback from trainers or Group Leads.
• Report to the assigned workstation on time at the start of the shift and after break periods.
