Job summary

Philips in the United States is seeking an Assembler 1 for the 3rd shift at its Ontario, California facility. The role focuses on performing manufacturing tasks, maintaining safety, and ensuring continuous workflow.

You will follow safety requirements, work with a team to maintain production rates, describe operations briefly, and follow instructions from trainers or leads. This onsite position requires punctuality and the ability to meet physical and environmental job requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• No experience required; preferred knowledge in light industrial or home improvement work, soldering, wiring, fabrication or general warehouse work.
• Must be able to meet the minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements for this Production/Assembler position.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety requirements and wear the necessary PPE for the assigned workstation.
• Work in a team environment and maintain production rates to ensure a continuous workflow.
• Understand the steps required to complete assigned tasks and provide a brief verbal description of the operation.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and accept feedback from trainers or Group Leads.
• Report to the assigned workstation on time at the start of the shift and after break periods.
