AprilAire is seeking a Regular, Full-Time 2nd Shift Assembler at our Poynette, WI facility to grow your skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Join a team focused on quality, efficiency, and teamwork, with a 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and a starting hourly pay of $15.18 base plus incentives and shift premium.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with assembly and measuring tools.
• Ability to perform simple math.

• Ability to stand, bend, and reach frequently.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Our Poynette facility is hiring Regular, Full-Time 2nd Shift Assemblers.

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Pay:

2nd Shift: $15.18 Base Hourly + Incentive Production Pay + Shift Premium

Your day will include:

• Reading and understanding instructions and manually assembling products or their parts.
• Spotting issues as they arise in order to create a reliable product.
• Working alongside your team, you’ll add value to the organization and in our customers’ eyes.
• Standing, bending, and reaching within your work station to build and assemble the product.
• Contributing to our success (and yours!) by learning to build multiple product lines.
