Job summary

SOUTHERN CHAMPION TRAY LLC in Mansfield, TX is seeking a 1st Press Operator - Offset Sheet for the 2nd shift to safely set up and run a large-format, sheet-fed press.

You will lead the print crew to maintain print quality and production efficiency, review job tickets, adjust color balance, and log downtime and productivity data. This role supports training of new operators and requires adherence to GMP, Food Safety, and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating a large-format, sheet-fed press.
• Experience in the folding carton industry is required.
• LED inks experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and safely operate a large-format, sheet-fed press.
• Maintain print quality and production efficiency per standards.
• Coordinate with shift crew to ensure smooth production.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Train or assist junior operators as needed.
