Quad Lomira is hiring First Press Operators for both our Offset and Gravure departments!

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press equipment according to customer specifications, maintaining production quality.
• Plan and organize jobs, monitor quality continuously.
• Maintain press cleanliness and mechanical condition.
• Supervise direct reports on press, including training, directing, and monitoring work.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of presses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of solid work history operating a printing press.
• Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand for long hours (12-hour shifts), use hands and wrists in controlled movements, and identify defects visually.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (either 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am), including days, nights, and weekends.
• Previous print industry experience is required.
