Job summary

EnableComp LLC is seeking a Revenue Specialist, First Party Auto to analyze Motor Vehicle Accident accounts and coordinate insurance benefits for our clients. You will work closely with patients and insurance carriers until the first party claim is processed and settled, while maintaining strict PHI privacy and security standards.

The role requires 2+ years in healthcare billing, familiarity with MVA claims, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in healthcare billing or collections.
• 1+ years' experience with MVA claim resolution preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online medical research of Motor Vehicle Accident claim payments using proprietary software and online resources.
• Review medical records, provider notes and explanations of benefits; submit hospital claims to insurance companies for prompt reimbursement.
• Follow up with payers to update systems and ensure documentation is received for timely resolution.
• Prepare MVA billing packets with supporting documentation for submission to insurers.
• Communicate with patients or adjusters to discuss claim status and resolution probability.
• Review payer EOBs and determine actions for balance after auto claim resolution.
• Perform other duties as required.
