Job summary

NetJets is seeking an experienced Pilot to provide safe, concierge-level private aviation services for Owners and passengers. The role requires command of aircraft, adherence to FAA guidelines, and professional interaction with clients throughout the flight experience.

Eligible candidates must meet rigorous flight-time and certification standards, maintain a First-Class Medical, and be capable of extensive travel and long duty days across time zones.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Total flight time: 1,500+ hours or equivalent qualifying time (R-ATP, military, etc.).
• Night and instrument time requirements apply; strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate aircraft per FAA rules, OEM checklists, SOPs and FOM/AOM.
• Provide in-flight service and passenger safety briefings; manage catering and amenities as needed.
• Coordinate with MCC and maintenance for any discrepancies and log pertinent notes.
• Perform pre-flight briefings, weather updates and passenger communications; ensure passenger satisfaction.
