Job summary

NetJets is seeking a pilot to deliver premier air transportation with an exceptional safety record and concierge-level service for Owners and passengers. The role combines professional aviation duties with in-flight service, requiring FAA ATP eligibility, high standards of safety, and strong customer interaction.

Expect flight operations across diverse time zones, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with the operations team to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP certificate required or eligibility as per FAA rules.
• First Class Medical certificate required.
• US work authorization.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe operation of aircraft per FAA and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service including catering and alcohol handling as needed.
• Greet and brief Owners/passengers; communicate weather updates and itinerary changes.
• Coordinate with MCC for maintenance issues and complete required paperwork.
• Act as liaison from arrival at FBO to final destination.
• Perform duties as assigned and ensure safety and passenger satisfaction.
