Job summary

NetJets seeks an experienced Pilot to provide premier air transportation with a best-in-class safety record. You will command the aircraft, deliver concierge-style service, and coordinate with Owners and passengers from welcome to arrival at their final destination.

Responsibilities include safe operation, in-flight service, baggage handling, and effective communication of any maintenance issues. This role requires FAA ATP, medical certification, and strong passenger interaction skills.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP certification is required.
• First Class Medical Certificate required.
• Minimum flight time and regulatory qualifications as listed in KSAOs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of aircraft from taxi to landing per FAA, OEM, FOM/AOM/SOPs.
• Greet passengers, brief flight details, and provide weather updates and safety briefings.
• Provide in-flight service, including catering and handling of alcohol as needed.
• Load and stow baggage and manage aircraft for Owner/passenger needs.
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC and complete related paperwork.
• Act as liaison from arrival at FBO to final destination and post-flight.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
