Qualifications

• FAA ATP or R-ATP eligibility with multi-engine rating
• Current FAA First-Class Medical and FCC Restricted Radio Operator Permit
• Valid U.S. passport and unrestricted work authorization
• Ability to travel internationally
• Exceptional passenger-service skills and professional presence
• Strong communication under pressure
• Meticulous attention to technical and service details
• Core competencies: adaptability, collaboration, positive results, service orientation, curiosity

Responsibilities

• Operate the aircraft safely from taxi through landing in compliance with FAA regulations, OEM checklists, and company manuals
• Serve as liaison for Owners and passengers from arrival to final destination, including briefings and weather/itinerary updates
• Provide concierge in-flight service and handle alcohol and catering when needed
• Load and stow baggage and special items
• Accommodate flights with pets and smoking areas
• Act as final authority on aircraft for operational safety and compliance
• Report maintenance irregularities and document appropriately
• Perform additional duties to support flight operations
