Job summary

Kalitta Air seeks qualified pilots to join a high-performance crew. You will assist the Captain, conduct preflight checks, verify paperwork and weight/balance, and uphold disciplined CRM and FAR compliance. A strong safety focus and clear communications are essential.

Requirements include ATP (Unrestricted) with Multi-Engine, current FAA First Class Medical, FCC Radio License, and a valid US passport. Experience and background checks are outlined in policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Captain in all phases of flight with precise compliance to policies and FARs.
• Perform preflight inspections, verify weight & balance and paperwork.
• Maintain CRM and safety-first decision making; identify unsafe conditions and take action.
• Complete post-flight inspections and documentation.
