Job summary

The role requires a JD, CA bar eligibility, and 8–15 years combined at top law firms and in-house settings. This is a full-time, hybrid position with meaningful equity and a compensation range aligned to market norms.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with active California bar membership or in-house eligibility.
• 8–15 years of experience at a leading firm and in-house role.
• Strong IP experience in patent strategy and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventorship issues where AI contributes to invention.
• Draft, file, and manage IP agreements and licenses.
• Advise on confidentiality, trade secrets, and compliance for stealth operations.
• Negotiate licenses and collaborations to maximize value of discoveries.
