ALLO is hiring a First Impression Specialist for our Colorado storefronts. This in-office role focuses on welcoming customers, answering billing questions, and educating on ALLO Internet, TV, and Phone products.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and prior customer service and sales experience. Expect up to 50% travel within Northern Colorado; pay is $18–$20 per hour plus commission with strong benefits.

Anticipate travel 50% travel to different locations within Northern Colorado; company vehicle provided.RESPONSIBILITIES:Solution focused salesAnswer billing questionsProvide basic mobile phone supportUse company provided resources when questions arise or call on your leaderComplete outbound calls as assignedProperly document all customer interaction and activityRecord all customer interactions and transactions via trackerUnderstands basic troubleshooting and asks relevant questions needed to open trouble ticketsKeep track of office supply inventory and order as neededComplete expense reports on time each monthUtilize other Team’s chat groups for information for other departmentsParticipate in three local ALLO sponsored events every yearAssist Events Team in preparing for local eventsBe resourceful and have a strong understanding of ALLO’s visionHave a clear understanding of how to educate on online billing and other ALLO productsComplete data entry tasks as assignedEDUCATION:High School diploma or equivalentEXPERIENCE:Previous customer service and sales experienceSKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:Exceptional customer service to all walk-in customers and prospective customers as defined by secret shopper and customer feedbackKnowledge of the benefits of ALLO products: Internet, TV, and Phone.REQUIREMENTS:Raise objects up to 25 lbs.Remain upright on feet for extended periodsRemain stationary for extended periodsAbility to communicate informationAbility to operate a computerPossess/Maintain a valid Driver’s LicenseTravel requirement: 10% within COPeople are our passion.
