The teacher will plan effectively, manage classrooms, assess progress, and collaborate with families, colleagues, and administrators to ensure student success and compliance with school policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Florida Educator’s Certificate (valid) and able to pass Level 2 background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Florida’s B.E.S.T. Standards and school curriculum.
• Use varied instructional strategies to engage diverse learners and promote critical thinking and independent learning.
• Differentiate instruction for ESE and ESOL learners.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and families.
• Collaborate with families and colleagues; participate in IEP, 504, MTSS processes.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with parents/guardians per school expectations.
