Qualifications

• Valid Florida Educator’s Certificate (Letter of Eligibility, Temporary Certificate, or Professional Certificate).
• Successful completion of Level 2 background screening as required by Florida law.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Florida’s B.E.S.T. Standards and school curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and use varied instructional strategies.
• Assess student learning and provide timely feedback to students and families.
• Collaborate with families, colleagues, and administrators; participate in IEP/MTSS processes.
• Integrate technology and digital platforms to support instruction.
• Maintain a safe, respectful classroom and follow school policies.
