Qualificações

• Valid Tennessee teaching license with appropriate endorsements.
• Ability to manage student behavior and support safety.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the successful operation of the school and system program.
• Represent the system to parents and the community.
• Follow curriculum guides for taught areas.
• Accommodate varied learning styles and developmental levels within the classroom/program.
• Manage behavior to maximize learning and the development of good self-esteem.
• Plan, prepare, teach, assess, adjust, re-teach, and re-assess for appropriate progress.
• Participate in school and system activities (e.g., parent clubs, field trips, etc.).
• Consult with parents, colleagues, and other appropriate individuals on student achievement and behavior.
• Faithfully serve on study, planning and advisory committees as assigned.
• Maintain accurate and current student records and documentation.
• Attend required meetings and complete reports in a timely manner.
• Stay abreast of current trends and adapt to new ideas in the classroom/program.
• Comply with local, state, and federal policies and procedures
