Job Title: 1ST GRADE CLASSROOM PARAEDUCATOR

Support classroom instruction by assisting students individually and in small groups under the direction of the classroom teacher. This role helps implement lesson plans, adapts to changing classroom needs, maintains a positive learning environment, and works collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality.
