The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center invites applications for a full-time Open Rank faculty position in the Division of Community Behavioral Health focused on First Episode Psychosis. The role includes clinical care, leadership, education and scholarship.

The successful candidate will oversee the UNM First Episode Psychosis program, supervise teams, and develop statewide training curricula for Coordinated Specialty Care, with

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling with NM independent license.
• Experience caring for individuals with psychosis.
• Clinical supervision certification or eligibility in NM.
• Experience tracking treatment outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate across faculty to provide coordinated programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UNM First Episode Psychosis program and clinical services.
• Supervise clinical team and develop training electives for interprofessional learners.
• Develop statewide training curriculum for Coordinated Specialty Care for First Episode Psychosis.
• Provide clinical consultation and supervision to clinicians statewide.
• Engage with diverse communities and collaborate with faculty.
