• Hands-on security engineering across endpoint, detection and response, identity, cloud, SaaS, and email.
• Automation-first mindset with AI-forward approaches to build scalable security.
• Strong ability to design and implement security programs from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own prevention, detection, and response across corporate and cloud environments; tune detection stacks and telemetry.
• Lead incident response readiness, playbooks, and tabletop exercises.
• Set security standards for identity, access, and monitoring; build tooling to enforce them.
• Run security across portfolio companies, including SaaS risk management and vendor reviews.
• Stand up essential security stack and roadmap as Beacon grows.
