Job summary

Fox Chase Cancer Center is seeking a part-time First Cook to join the Dietary and Food Services team in Philadelphia. You will master detailed food preparation following standardized recipes and HACCP guidelines while maintaining safety records and engaging customers.

Required are a high school diploma or equivalent; a culinary trade school degree is preferred. Two years of high-volume institutional cooking experience and familiarity with common kitchen equipment are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience preparing food in a high-volume/institutional environment required.
• Experience with production equipment listed preferred.
