Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade/tech school in HVAC or refrigeration preferred.
• Active 1st Class DC Steam Engineering license and Universal CFC certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience with 2 years in building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to building systems and emergencies to maintain operations.
• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on HVAC and electrical systems.
• Operate building automation systems and maintain logs and CMMS entries.
• Support emergency response and coordinate with staff and contractors.
