The ideal candidate has First Chair trial experience, is licensed in Texas, and demonstrates excellent written and oral communication, legal research, and client-centered service.

Qualifications

• TX bar license is required.
• First Chair trial experience is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong legal research and argumentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Desire to provide exceptional client service with empathy.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury claims from inception to resolution with support from the team.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents including motions, pleadings, and subpoenas.
• Take depositions and examine case evidence.
• Prepare for mediation, hearings, depositions, and trial.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients at hearings and trials.
• Maintain and update case files in the case management system.
