Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides primary surgical assistance to the surgeon during procedures, handling tissue and instruments.
• Collaborates with the Surgical Specialty Supervisor to establish focused surgical programs and staffing.
• Directs daily room activities to maximize efficiency and support physicians.
• Anticipates surgeon needs and maintains instrument and supply readiness.
• Adheres to infection control practices and aseptic techniques.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities as required.
