Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited program; associate degree preferred.
• 3 years scrub and/or assisting experience required; 5 years preferred.
• AHA BLS, Surgical Technology certification, and Surgical First Assistant certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate equipment is available before procedures.
• Assist in moving and positioning the patient during surgeries.
• Provide assistance throughout the procedure utilizing various surgical techniques.
