Job summary

Prairie Highlands Golf Club in Olathe, KS seeks a full-time First Assistant Golf Professional. Under the Head Golf Professional, you will supervise staff, coordinate daily play and tournaments, promote memberships and manage shop operations.

The role requires a Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, with 6 months to 1 year in related work and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and PTO/holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six months to one year related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee golf shop operations and supervise staff under Head Golf Professional.
• Coordinate junior programs, clinics and tournaments.
• Manage inventory, tee sheets, and event setup for outings.
• Promote and sell club memberships and shop merchandise.
• Prepare monthly membership reports for general manager and owners.
