Job summary

Thermal Solutions Products, LLC in Lancaster, PA is seeking a First Assembler to install pans, tubes, fixtures, and related components. The role includes hydro testing, stamping plates, and assembling vessels in a factory setting.

The position is full-time, union hourly with typical hours 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and be comfortable using hand tools and reading prints.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and documents.

Responsibilities

• Assemble vessels and components per print specifications.
• Execute hydro tests; fill with water and check for leaks.
• Stamp NB plate and move vessel to trim area.
• Maintain safety and clean work environment by procedures and rules.
