Job summary

Delva Tool & Machine in Cinnaminson, NJ is seeking a Quality Technician to support our precision manufacturing operations. You will perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished parts, and review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.

You will maintain inspection records, support first article inspections (AS9102), document nonconforming material, and work with production, engineering, and quality teams to drive improvements while upholding

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, preferably CNC machining/aerospace/defense or precision environments.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with inspection tools, measurement equipment, and quality documentation.
• Understanding of AS9100/ISO standards is a plus.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Quality Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet strict customer and industry standards. Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:

• Performing visual and dimensional inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished parts

What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring at multiple levels (I, II, III), and the right candidate will bring:

• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in CNC machining, aerospace, defense, or precision environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with inspection tools, measurement equipment, and quality documentation
• Understanding of AS9100/ISO standards (preferred, not required for entry-level)
• A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
